--- ১. রিটার্নের শর্তাবলী প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিটার্নের জন্য অনুরোধ করতে হবে। রিটার্নযোগ্য প্রোডাক্ট অবশ্যই অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিং এবং অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে। নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য: ভুল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হয়েছে প্রোডাক্ট ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ প্রোডাক্টের বর্ণনা বা ছবি অনুযায়ী নয়

--- ২. রিফান্ডের শর্তাবলী রিটার্ন ভেরিফাই করার পরে রিফান্ড প্রসেস করা হবে। রিফান্ডের অর্থমূল্য একই পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমের মাধ্যমে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে, অথবা কাস্টমারের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী কুপন/ক্রেডিট দেওয়া যেতে পারে। রিফান্ড প্রসেসিং টাইম সাধারণত ৭-১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়।
